At Cotopaxi, we stand behind our Gear for Good and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an instant exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
